Order of the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Order of the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety (No. 15) The Interim Measures for the Administration of Fines in respect of Supervision of Work Safety, which were deliberated and adopted by the State Administration of Work Safety (the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety) at the executive meeting of this Administration on October 18, 2004, are hereby promulgated, and shall come into force on the date of promulgation. Director General Wang Xianzheng November 3, 2004 Interim Measures for the Administration of Fines in Respect of Supervision of Work Safety Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Work Safety Law , the Implementation Measures for Separating Decisions on Fines from Collection of Fines , the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Doing a Good Job in Administration of Revenues from Relevant Fines in respect of Supervision of Work Safety, and other relevant laws, regulations and provisions so as to strengthen the administration of fines in respect of supervision of work safety, and to carry out comprehensive work safety administration in accordance with law. Article 2 The administrative department of work safety of the people's government at the county level or above (hereinafter referred to as the administrative department of work safety) shall comply with these Measures when lawfully imposing fines on the illegal acts committed by production and operation entities and their relevant personnel in violation of the laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, national standards, or industry standards or rules on work safety in ......
